1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all consulting services ordered through yaskopro.com. The services are provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC (EIK) [UIC NUMBER], with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Yasko Pro Services”, “we”, “us”).

2. Our services
We provide business consulting and marketing advisory services, sold as fixed-scope packages (for example, strategy sessions, audits, workshops, strategy plans and ongoing advisory). Each package description on our website sets out what is included, the format and the expected timeline. The final scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. How ordering works
- Order request. Adding packages to your cart and checking out sends us an order request. No payment is taken on the website and an order request does not create a contract.
- Confirmation. We reply, usually within one business day, to confirm the scope, timeline and price, or to explain why we cannot accept the order.
- Contract. A contract is formed when you accept our written confirmation and we issue an invoice.
- Payment. Work begins after the invoice has been paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where required by law.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue by the payment method stated on the invoice.
- Monthly Advisory is billed monthly in advance and renews each month until cancelled.
- The fee for a Strategy Session may be credited toward a larger package ordered within 30 days of the session.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver the services well, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant people, data and systems, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.
6. Rescheduling and delays
Sessions and workshops can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. If a project is paused at your request for more than 60 days, we may re-plan the remaining work around our availability.
7. Consumers: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- If you expressly ask us to start work within the 14-day period, you must pay for the services provided up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing, in proportion to the total price.
- You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, if performance started with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose this right.
To withdraw, email yasko@yaskopro.com with a clear statement of your decision. See our Returns (Cancellations) Policy and Refunds Policy for details. Business clients do not have a statutory right of withdrawal; cancellation for business clients is governed by those policies.
8. Deliverables and intellectual property
Once your invoice has been paid in full, you own the reports, plans and other deliverables created specifically for you and may use them freely within your business. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and know-how, and may reuse general knowledge gained, without disclosing your confidential information.
9. Confidentiality
We keep all non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the services. This does not apply to information that is already public, that we received lawfully from a third party, or that we are required by law to disclose.
10. No guaranteed results
We provide professional advice with reasonable skill and care. Business and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, sales or growth figures. Final business decisions remain your responsibility.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.
12. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement by written notice if the other party seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to. Monthly Advisory can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Refunds on termination are handled under our Refunds Policy.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. The affected party will inform the other promptly and resume performance as soon as possible.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us first at yasko@yaskopro.com and we will try to resolve the matter within 14 days. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order request applies to that order.
